Who is he?
A career of excellence in the service of the State
Born on 13 January 1970 in Rufisque, Dr El Hadji Abdourahmane Diouf holds a doctorate in international economic law from the University of Bern. An academic and consultant to leading international institutions (WTO, UNDP, ECOWAS, WAEMU), he headed SONES and the Senegalese Investors Club before founding the AWALE party in 2021 — now KIIRAAY (The Republican Patriots) — where he serves as Deputy Secretary-General.
