Universal electrification by 2029

Connecting a further 6.6 million Senegalese by 2030, in line with the Mission 300 summit commitments, prioritising the more than 30% of rural communities still off-grid.

Oil and gas sovereignty

Maximising the value of Sangomar and Grand Tortue Ahmeyim (GTA) production for the Senegalese people, and defending the State's interests in contract renegotiations with partner companies.

Raising renewables to 40% of the electricity mix, mobilising the USD 2.3 billion in private investment set out in the National Energy Pact.
